About the Role:

- Collaborate with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
- Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
