Fraserway RV Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RV Service Technician to join our team at Fraserway RV, Canada's largest vertically integrated RV Company. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all types of RVs, ensuring our customers' vacation dreams are realized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose RVs requiring repair and maintenance
  • Repair and maintain propane gas and electrical appliances
  • Complete all paperwork and documentation of all repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet with customers to discuss diagnoses, potential repairs, or completed work
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Red Seal certification
  • RV or automotive maintenance experience required
  • RV & Trailer repairs experience an asset
  • Good diagnostic skills
  • Experience with Plumbing, Carpentry, or Electrical (Automotive or Industrial)
  • Experience with vehicle hitch and wiring
  • Level 1 RV Certificate and experience in RV & trailers would be an asset
  • General house renovation skills
  • Good attitude
  • Ability to work Saturdays in the busy season
