Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team at BrandBoosty Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute social media campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to showcase our brand's expertise and personality.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our online community through social media listening, responding to comments and messages, and creating engaging content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and XD. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Google Drive.
