Position Overview:

Frazier Industrial Company is in search of a driven and skilled National Account Sales Executive, specializing in structural racking solutions. This key role will focus on enhancing sales performance and managing vital accounts within the structural racking industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history in sales, comprehensive knowledge of structural racking systems, and the capability to foster robust relationships with national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet organizational growth targets within the structural racking domain.
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that fulfill client requirements and comply with industry standards.
  • Conduct extensive market research and analysis to remain updated on competitive dynamics, industry developments, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts, ensuring that terms are advantageous and consistent with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide precise forecasts to upper management.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, offering expert advice on structural racking solutions and industry best practices.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and cultivate professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success in national account sales, with at least 10 years of experience in the structural racking sector.
  • Thorough understanding of structural racking systems, including design principles, installation methods, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close significant deals and meet sales objectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical information.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, particularly Epicor and Salesforce.
  • Strategic mindset with robust analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from market data.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
  • A comprehensive client and prospect database; a portfolio of current or potential business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications or training related to structural racking systems.
