Hardware Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Support Specialist to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with our field units across the country. Your expertise in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair, as well as imaging technologies, will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with desktop and laptop PCs
* Perform PC imaging to address problems with machines deployed to field units
* Engage in problem resolution for other issues reported by customers
* Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely resolution of issues

**Requirements**

* 1-2 years of experience in PC support and/or deskside support
* Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
