Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 14866321 Canada Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
