Store Manager Assistant

As a Keyholder at Torrid, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the store management team, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide an amazing shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures, including setting up and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Support: Work closely with the store management team to achieve company objectives and KPI goals.
- Sales and Merchandising: Support the implementation of merchandise strategies and drive add-on sales through effective sales and promotion techniques.
- Leadership: Assume responsibility for all store operations when the store management team is out of the store, acting as a Manager on Duty.
- Experience: Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven ability to lead teams to success and achieve sales performance.
- Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to creating an amazing customer experience.
