Sales Vice President Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to join our team at Charton Hobbs Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
