Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team at Uhnresearch. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and scheduling of clinical research studies, working closely with Principal Investigators, clinicians, and multidisciplinary team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with research teams to support the booking and scheduling of clinical research studies.
- Provide information on the accessibility of medical imaging services for clinical research studies.
- Perform data transcription from health records or other sources, as per approved study protocol and authorized access.
- Assist with interactions with study participants, including scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks.
- Execute study-related administrative tasks, such as collection and maintenance of regulatory documents.
- Support the core research operations team with tasks related to bookings, data management, business intelligence, and finances.
- Ensure proposed and ongoing clinical research studies are in compliance with ICH/GCP, tri-council guidelines, PHIPA, Health Canada/FDA regulations, and JDMI policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related discipline.
- 1-year related experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, patient scheduling systems/software.
- Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
