Job Title: Siebel Software Designer

TV2 Consulting is seeking a skilled Siebel Software Designer to support the delivery of Enterprise Order Manager (EOM), Business Customer Order Management (BCOM), and Internet Provisioning Access Gateway (IPAG) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to design, develop, and test new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve software issues and develop necessary specifications.
  • Act as a high-level technical expert in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
  • Participate in Agile methodology and traditional waterfall approach projects.
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience and working knowledge of EOM, BCOM, and IPAG platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Siebel product, including enhancements and customizations.
  • Familiarity with both development and infrastructure processes.
  • Awareness of risks related to aging code and potential performance impacts.
