Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand and address business goals, creating and executing a talent strategy that drives proactive solutions and optimizes organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Support team performance and development through various initiatives, including performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and career development, contributing to building a high-performance environment where leaders and teams thrive.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for impactful change, ensuring that our talent management practices evolve and remain effective.
  • Guide the HR team across Canada and the US in transforming our HR function, enhancing strategic business partnering, and improving service delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in transformation, advising and supporting functional leaders, and aligning people and culture initiatives with business needs.
  • Deep knowledge of performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and culture, with the ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and see initiatives through from planning to rollout.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority.
