Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.
  • Operate forklifts and related machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct trailer inspections, load full good trailers, and offload Port–o-Pets.
  • Clean the shipping area as required, including mopping the PIT area, emptying garbage bins, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Relieve on production lines for breaks as per relief schedule and line operator requirements.
  • Report any hazardous conditions, incidents, or near misses to management.
  • Participate in hazard assessments and analysis when requested.
  • Bring discrepancies in inventory accuracy to the attention of management and Inventory Control.
  • Assist in continuously improving efficiency, performance, and reducing downtime and waste.
  • Promote positive attitudes and team-based behaviors.
  • Commit to achieving team, department, and company goals.
Requirements
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment, with beverage production experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of production machinery and forklifts, including technical issues.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Continuous standing or walking.
  • Regular lifting, handling, and carrying of moderate weight materials or equipment.
  • Regular need to give moderate attention with one or two senses at a time.
  • Work and environment are very repetitive.
  • Pronounced pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy, or similar demands.
