Job Title: Finance Vice-President

At Royal Canadian Steel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Vice-President to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and providing strategic guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and budgets
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Manage financial risk and ensure the integrity of our financial systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The position is permanent and requires a 30-hour workweek.
