In this position, you will be tasked with the precise preparation and distribution of medications to patients, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and offering guidance to patients regarding their prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare, dispense, and manage medications
  • Maintain sufficient inventory levels
  • Provide counseling to patients on their prescriptions
  • Engage customers through effective public relations
  • Address patient needs promptly
  • Manage costs within the pharmacy
  • Mentor new and existing pharmacy staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Class A Pharmacists license
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Strong leadership and performance management abilities
  • Capability to drive business through community engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
