About the Role

The Garland Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with national accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Work closely with our National Accounts Team and Territory Managers to identify and develop new sales opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive business growth.
  • Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies, drive business growth, and expand our customer base.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate and present our product solutions and value proposition to potential customers, both internally and externally.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales lead activity reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in national accounts, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships.
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
  • Ability to manage and work under tight time constraints, with a valid driver's vehicle license and acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and growth goals.
