Job Summary

Aacha jee Transport Inc is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members on new work methods and procedures.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for drivers and cargo.
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate special purpose trucks within a team or convoy, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Load Management: Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory and minimal damage.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits for international cargo transportation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain vehicle and equipment, performing preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.
  • Record Keeping: Record cargo details and maintain accurate logs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of transported goods, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Must hold an AZ class license.
  • Documentation: Familiarity with handling various reports and documentation.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license required.
