Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets by providing quotes and selling new policies to customers. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping them to protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset

What We Offer

  • 37.5 hours/week - Monday - Saturday Availability
  • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000
