Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your duties will include:
  • Anticipating Staffing Needs: Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring requirements and devise recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates.
  • Facilitating Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, providing support throughout their initial integration into the organization.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Uphold adherence to all relevant employment regulations and maintain precise documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Representing the Company: Attend offsite recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
  • Supporting HR Initiatives: Assist with various HR-related projects, including benefits administration, employee development, and fostering a positive company culture.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record in hiring top talent.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including job description creation, resume evaluation, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
