Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at SUPREME RESTORATION SERVICES INC. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.
Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent

- Work Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
Education:
- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
This position is situated within the restoration industry, where you will be engaged in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Execute basic bookkeeping duties.
- Compile and prepare expense and income reports.
- Manage purchasing files, reports, and records.
- Oversee inventory management of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Conduct administrative and clerical tasks such as record keeping and scheduling.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients.
- Document and prepare invoices and work orders.
- Organize and monitor conference and meeting activities, ensuring all details are attended to.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate daily operations.
- Draft meeting agendas and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
Proficiency in the following software is required:
- Sage Accounting Software
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
- Electronic scheduling tools
- QuickBooks
- Simply Accounting
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Email communication
- Data analysis and interpretation
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts.
- Skills in data interpretation and evaluation.
Preferred areas of expertise include:
- Reports and records management.
- Invoice processing.
- Creation of charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams.
A criminal record check is required for this position.
