Position Overview

The Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our establishment, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Budget Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a budget of up to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate team performance.
  • Organize and manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including cash balances and reports.
  • Oversee inventory management and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
Supervisory Scope

Supervision of teams ranging from 1 to more than 20 individuals.
