Bartender - 1PT

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing convenient Food & Beverage services to our guests.

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, bottled/draught beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Maintain bar inventory and liquor storage, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and organized.
• Clean and maintain bar glassware, surfaces, tools, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Serve food and snacks to customers, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
• Accept payment from patrons and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines and ensure that all guests are served in a responsible and safe manner.

• Successful completion of a Bartending course at a recognized institution is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service and bartending in the restaurant and/or gaming industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
