Job Summary

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying merchandise and maintaining store displays.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
