About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at Mag Drywall 2008 Ltd. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and sanding seams and joints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to ensure a smooth and even finish
  • Apply successive coats of compound to fill joints, nail indentations, and holes
  • Sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Install wire mesh around beams to which plaster is to be applied
  • Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installer, you will work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
