About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IHAUL FREIGHT SYSTEM INC. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation and Records: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
