Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Assistant to join our team at JM MECHANICAL CORP.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems
- Support tradespersons and other workers in various tasks and activities
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Help with cleaning machines and work areas
- Participate in warehouse activities and assist with inventory management
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with various locations, both indoors and outdoors. The role requires the ability to work at heights, in dangerous conditions, and in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Initiative, organized, and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required
- Paid time off (volunteering or personal days)
- Parking available
- Permanent work term
- 35 to 40 hours per week
