Job Title: Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Ayman Soliman Medicine Professional Corp.

Job Summary:

The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including resolving conflict situations and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and assist in the preparation of operating budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, database software, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:

The Office Services Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
