Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Yardman Landscaping Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Organize and oversee the maintenance of our clients' outdoor spaces, including planting, pruning, and mowing.
  • Landscape Construction: Plan and direct the construction of new landscapes, including the installation of plants, hardscapes, and other features.
  • Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the team's operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in the landscaping industry
Working Conditions
