Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at 3vimatech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure that they are followed by all staff members.
  • Team Management: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
Work Environment:
