Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming every visitor to the studio with excitement, energy, and knowledge
  • Introducing the Orangetheory concept to potential clients, also known as "intros"
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering calls and engaging with members
  • Conducting studio tours
  • Collaborating closely with trainers to assist new clients during their initial Orangetheory workout
  • Promoting memberships to ensure the studio's success
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the studio
