Job Summary

The Parliament of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide specialized administrative support to the Chief Executive Administrator.

This role involves coordinating responses to enquiries and requests for information from various stakeholders, as well as providing logistical and technical support.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in office administration or a related field, and experience in providing executive and office management services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars and coordinating meetings and events
  • Providing research and information services
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent organizational and communication skills.
