Job Title: Electrical Engineering Technology Co-op Student

Hydro One Networks Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Technology Co-op Student to join our team for a 4-8 month co-op opportunity. As a member of our Work Execution and UWPC Services department, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in project planning, practical ACAD usage, and stations work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting staging plans
  • Gaining an understanding in the Utility Work Protection Code (UWPC)
  • General office duties as required
  • Participating in project meetings (some travel may be required)

Requirements:

  • Valid G class driver's license
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Able to work in an office environment
  • Able to travel
  • Able to work in a field setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Enrolled in an Electrical Engineering Technology program
