Job Title: Warehouse Labourer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Labourer to join our team at Aler Forest Products Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production areas.

Responsibilities:

* Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality
* Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and safely
* Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed
* Perform other labouring and elemental activities to support production
* Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

* Handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining hand-eye coordination and performing tasks that require manual dexterity
* Working a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift

Personal Suitability:

* Demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic
* Working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
