About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our Exterior Cladding division. As a key member of our team, you will play a dual role in managing projects and estimating/bidding new projects. You will work closely with a Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in defining project schedules and ensuring goals are met.
  • Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Estimate and manage the supply and installation of Exterior Cladding, including IMP, Metal siding, Metal roofing, ACM, Fibre Cement, and other cladding materials.
  • Effectively manage projects using your skills and following Maple Reinders' process and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Mentor subcontractors, installers, and forepersons to guide them in their careers.
  • Complete and/or lead the entire bid from concept to completion of the tender.
  • Identify the true cost of items (labor, material, and equipment) at every stage of the process.
  • Determine if the cost of items is feasible for the owner.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Estimator in the Exterior cladding/IMP construction industry.
  • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
