Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect our car wash sites and facilities to ensure they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our customers, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaners as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our car wash operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our car wash facilities are staffed appropriately at all times.
- Supervision: 1-2 people
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and judgment.
- Screening Questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Are you willing to relocate for this position?
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, permanent position, 35 hours per week, English language.
