Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our customers' needs.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work schedule. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, and to lift and move heavy objects.
