Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a Client Service Associate, you will provide dedicated specialized administrative support to our Investment Advisors and teams, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update documentation for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create comprehensive reports for analysis of client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue referral opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date on compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
