Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our team is well-prepared to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is well-stocked.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Hire and train new food service staff to ensure that our team is well-equipped to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
