Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire - Cambridge 75 Dundas (Store #036). As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the logistics and inventory functions to ensure seamless customer service and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions, resolving customer complaints, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Supervise and assist team members in daily departmental operations, including inventory management, stock levels, and bin caps. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Leadership: Lead by example, motivate and coach team members to achieve common goals, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail sales, execution, and operations, with a focus on logistics and inventory management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and inventory management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
