We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Docsons Security Inc.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to our security personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the optimal functioning of security equipment and systems.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security operations run efficiently and effectively.
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 security personnel.
