Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis of Red Deer. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with SLA requirements and providing exceptional support to our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Review Specialist: Conduct thorough reviews of estimating platforms, including XactAnalysis, Symbility, and other systems, to ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Estimating Platform Expert: Identify trends and provide training to the network to improve compliance and efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Offer expert technical support to the network, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver training programs on estimating processes and best practices.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with offices and insurance carrier partners to drive business growth and improve scorecard performance.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and suggest improvements to internal metrics to enhance cycle time and quality of compliance reviews.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, estimating platforms, and insurance industry terminology.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
