Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Casual Security Guard to join our team. As a Casual Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients in downtown areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct foot patrols of buildings, both interior and exterior, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor access control and provide customer service to clients and visitors.
- Utilize radio communication to stay in touch with colleagues and respond to situations as needed.
- Monitor situations, property, and events to prevent and respond to incidents.
- Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and the public.
- Security Guard License and relevant security experience.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records.
