As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and cleaning the kitchen and work areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and preparing and cooking food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
