Job Title: HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Mechanics Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Mechanics Foreman/Woman to join our team at 1370748 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring the efficient operation of our heating and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure the efficient operation of our heating and air conditioning systems
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and repairs
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on the job site
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Diagnose faults using testing devices and recommend repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B
  • Valid driver's license
Work Environment:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Work independently and as part of a team
