Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied.
- Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
