Position Overview:

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, and our team is dedicated to providing the necessary support to help you succeed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must self-identify as Indigenous Status / Non-status
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Possession of a valid full Class 5 Driver's License at the time of application (not a graduated driver's license)
  • Current residency within the designated region
  • Experience in equipment operation is an asset; please highlight this in your resume for potential interview opportunities

No Experience? No Worries:
We encourage candidates without prior Heavy Equipment Operator or mining experience to apply. Selected individuals may have the opportunity to participate in a 4-week training program at a recognized institution. We value enthusiasm and a readiness to learn. If selected for an interview, be prepared to discuss your interest in a career in Heavy Equipment Operation.

  • Tuition costs for training will be covered; however, candidates will not receive compensation during the classroom training period.
  • Upon successful completion of the training, candidates may begin a paid co-op position lasting up to 6 months.

Work Location and Key Details:

  • Work will be conducted at our operational sites in the region.
  • The shift schedule consists of a six days on/six days off rotation (three days on, three nights on, six days off; 12-hour shifts).
  • This position is not camp-based or fly-in/fly-out.
  • This is a temporary role for a duration of up to 6 months.
  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
