Job Title: Office Reception Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Reception Clerk to join our team at Mycana Immigration Consultants Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with various administrative duties as required.
  • Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the front desk area is well-stocked and organized.
  • Communication: Relay information, schedule appointments, and send invoices as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
