Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak & Poutinerie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 5-10 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
