Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Caterina Restaurant Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and contribute to sales growth through effective promotion of our menu and services.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
