About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Raj Uptown Salon & Spa Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Plan and organize daily spa operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting our spa and services to attract new clients.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a spa or salon management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
