About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization at YYC FLOORING SOLUTIONS. As the head of our company, you will be responsible for making strategic decisions, setting goals, and overseeing the overall direction of our business.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and establish objectives for the company.
  2. Team Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating an optimal working environment.
  3. Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
  4. Representation: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
